So I’m sorry I’ve been virtually MIA from personal updates but I have 4 jobs, and shit gets mad busy. But that’s the thing..I have almost no time for working out or healthy eating. My goal was 120 and I hit 119 and since I came home I got back up to 130 then got mono and proceeded to lose 5 lbs and now I’m around 125-126 in the picture I just posted. My eating is sporadic and weird, with 800-1100 cals a day but it’s all carbs, sugar and sodium filled. Yesterday though, I had a protein shake for the first time in a long time and I drank half a gallon of water, and holy moly! My abs honestly started showing more for the first time in a long time. Slightly, but progress nonetheless. I’m happy to be sorta back on track. So drink your water guys, and get enough protein. And earthy healthy whole grains and plenty of veggies. Yayyyy:D

K so here’s what’s up. These past two weeks, well three weeks really, I’ve decided to be stupid and eat badly. And I’m not talking a treat here and there, I’m talking only pre logging 1600 or so calories in my food diary and leaving the rest as ‘free calories’. I don’t know what the hell I was thinking but I did it. Soooooo I ate carbs up the wazoo, pizza cookies croissants crackers blah blah blahhh. I was fine up until yesterday and then I noticed my abs starting to disappear. And that my thighs had started to get a leeeeeetle bigger. And I was like balls. I’ve worked über hard for my body, as we all have, and I saw first hand all those statistics and facts. Ya know, 70% diet 30% fitness and abs are made in the kitchen. I was like yup. So the moral of the story is, eat clean ladies! Don’t let a bad diet mess up a good work out. Watch your sodium, carbs, bad fats and eat more PROTEIN.

My guinea pig died today. I had her for 4 years. I know it may not seem like a big deal compared to other pets but I did love her very much. I brought her to college with me and she was my little buddy. Right before I found her I found out I may not see my boyfriend at the end of the month like planned. I havent seen him since july. Its been a yucky day):
